How do I get access to the Knotfest Premium Presale?

You can join Knotfest Premium here and will get the code automatically in your account.

You can login to your account here and and your code will appear by Tuesday morning.

An article featuring the code will be on the homepage gated for Premium members

What is the maximum amount of tickets I can purchase?

Maximum number of tickets that can be purchased at any one time is 8.

What will be at Knotfest Iowa?

13 bands, two stages, the Slipknot Museum, food trucks, Slipknot Whiskey and more than 20,000 maggots.

Can Knotfest sell out?

Yes, it can, and it will. Get your tickets now as we will not be selling tickets at the door.

Are there ADA accessibility accommodations?

Souvenir tickets will be mailed out to you a few weeks before the festival. If you have any issues or need to update your address, please contact info@vipnow.com.au

If I leave, can I get back in?

NO RE-ENTRY ALLOWED— Once you’re in, you’re in!

Is there an age limit?

Nope. Knotfest Iowa is an all-ages event. Everyone who goes to the festival will need a ticket, no matter their age.

What’s allowed/not allowed? What should I bring?

  • BAG POLICY:
  1. CLEAR bags made up of clear plastic, vinyl, or pvc, and no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" are allowed.
  2. Small clutch purses or fanny packs that are 6” x 9” or smaller do not need to be clear, but can have no more than one pocket.
  3. All bags will be searched before entry.
  • Non-professional cameras, i.e., “point and shoot” or disposable cameras
  • Cash
  • Blankets are allowed, but not encouraged — with the crowd expected there may not be enough “safe” room to sit in the crowd
  • 1 bottle of water per person up to 1 liter in volume; must be in a factory-sealed, disposable/crushable water bottle. Hard plastic, metal, and glass water bottles will not be allowed.

  • Large chains or spiked bracelets/wallet chains
  • Lawn chairs of any kind
  • Coolers of any kind
  • Framed or large backpacks/bags/purses

Violations are cause for confiscation of prohibited items or expulsion from the event
grounds without refund

Will there be food or drink available at Knotfest Iowa?

There will be plenty of food concessions on the festival grounds with a variety of foods. Free water will be provided both inside as well as outside the venue. Soda, water, and alcohol will be available to purchase.

Will there be a place to nurse at Knotfest Iowa? 

Yes, we will have a place for mothers to nurse and pump.

Can I vape at the show?

Vaping is allowed.

What happens if it rains?

The show will go on rain or shine. The only way the outdoor component may be delayed/cancelled is in the event of severe weather. (See high winds and or lightning)
